The creative centre retreat  overlooks a dramatic canyon connecting the hills of Mount Teide to the sea – a canyon that for millennia was a sacred place of the indigenous Guanche people.

Within easy reach are beaches, forest walks, picturesque towns, the tourist resorts of the south, the cultural centres of the north. and both of the island’s airports.

Originally built in 1905, the estate operated throughout the twentieth century as a farmers co-operative, growing tomatoes, potatoes avocado and citrus fruits.

The original house retains its distinctive Canarian character, with a wood-floored drawing room, original kitchen and dining area, a study, bathroom, three bedrooms and a large music room.

Behind the original house the farm’s large stone warehouse is now the heart of the creative centre.

The communal kitchen and indoor dining area overlook the ocean and pool area with easy access via the corridor leading to the 6 residential suites.

Each suite is split level (ground floor and mezzanine) with full ensuite facilities and access onto a balcony or into the gardens. The suites can be configured as individual private suites, twins, double or family rooms.

At the back of the warehouse is the beautiful multi-purpose wooden floored studio.

High ceilings are flooded with natural light, and the room has a piano, space for multiple instruments and/or production equipment and can be utilised for sound, dance, art and creative rehearsal or recording space.

The studio has direct access to the outside patios, walkways, hot tub and pool areas.

(This venue is owned by two international professional musicians and mental health educators who began lovingly restoring the venue specifically designed for creatives -and it certainly shows in the flow of the space here).

The traditional multi-level roof terraces are ideal spots for filming, improvising, creating, exercising or just simply absorbing the tangible raw energy of the Ocean and Mountain backdrop. Rooftop sunrise yoga here is a must!

The Pool, hot tub and gardens overlook the ocean and also feature two original caves, ideal spots for complete privacy, introspective meditation or disconnection
